Showrunner
Try a night at the desk. Showrunner is a cozy little game about running a live show night.
An inquiry lands in your inbox with a budget, a venue and a client who has some opinions. You pick your crew, pack the van (it's always a little too small), and then run a three-minute show at the desk. When a cue comes up, you hit it: bring up a mic, roll a video, change the lights. Then things start to go wrong. A lav dies, the laptop decides now is a good time for an update, Mic 2 starts feeding back. The show finishes either way. How well it goes is up to you.
The season has four gigs: a hotel gala, a windy desert wedding, a four-camera tech keynote and a church Christmas with live lyrics. Your crew levels up, the gear shop opens between gigs, and clients remember how you did.

We made Showrunner at Really Bad Studio with SPRK Productions, a Phoenix event production company. A lot of it is drawn from the kinds of things that happen at real events.
All the sound is synthesized in the browser. Fonts: Anton, Instrument Sans and IBM Plex Mono (SIL Open Font License).
